    Rail Trackside Application: d² TrackGlo LED CarbonLite

    The Intelligent Lighting System for the Railway Environment

    Our d² TrackGlo LED CarbonLite system has been purpose-designed to meet the demanding requirements of the rail sector. Existing installations include Bletchley Train Maintenance Depot. As part of the £80m upgrade for West Midlands Trains new Class 730 fleet, it represents a major leap forward in worker safety, sustainability, and operational efficiency.

    TrackGlo provides continuous trackside illumination, delivering 10 lux on walkways and 50 lux for train inspections, optimising visibility during overnight shifts and improving communication between teams on the ground.

    Its low-level design integrates seamlessly with Dura’s d² Dura Grating, eliminating separate bollards and cable troughing routes to create unobstructed, safer walkways.
