Every person in every role across the Dura Composites business impacts our success, so it’s only right that we have a great bonus scheme that enables staff to earn up to 10% of their salary as an additional bonus, taken from profits achieved above our business plan.

This year, we’ve chosen to fundraise to support the incredible work of Essex Wildlife Trust, EACH (East Anglia Children’s Hospices) and Mind and we’d love your support in helping make an impact with our fundraising efforts.
