Not only does our GRP have superior benefits over traditional materials such as steel or concrete, including a high strength-to-weight ratio, long-life expectancy, resistance to corrosion and no electrical conductivity, but it also outperforms competitor GRP in terms of performance and lower carbon that helps improve the sustainability of customer projects.

    FAQs

We’re open from 8:15am to 5pm from Monday to Thursday, and on Fridays our teams finish a little earlier at 3.45pm. If you want to get in touch outside these hours, you can always leave us a voice message, use our website contact form, or drop us an email.

Standard lead time on orders from our Webshop is 3 – 5 working days (Mainland UK; stock dependent).

Large orders may be subject to palletised deliveries which are to the property kerbside only. Your order will need to be unloaded by hand (hand-balled) off the lorry side. A person must be present to help unload the goods and sign for receipt. Delivery drivers are not insured to help unload the goods beyond the property kerbside.

For our Dura Deck Tile products we offer free delivery to the majority of mainland UK. Unfortunately, Dura Composites is unable to offer free delivery to certain areas – including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands & Offshore Islands, Isle Of Wight, Isle of Man, the Channel Islands and the Isles of Scilly.

If your postcode prefix is listed below we would be happy to provide a delivery quote. Please call our Websales Customer Care Team on 01255 446838 to place your order. Postcodes subject to delivery charge include:

    • Northern Ireland (All BT postcodes)
    • Scottish Highlands (AB30, AB33 – AB38, AB41 – AB56, FK17 – FK21, IV1 – IV63, PA20 – PA80, PH15 – PH27, PH30 – PH45, PH49, PH50, KW1 – KW18)
    • Scottish Offshore (HS1 – HS9, KA27, KA28, ZE1 – ZE3)
    • Scottish Borders (All TD and DG postcodes)
    • Isle of Man (All IM postcodes)
    • Isle of Wight (PO30 to PO41)
    • Isles of Scilly (TR21 to TR25)
    • Channel Islands incl. Jersey, Guernsey, Alderney, Sark & Herm (All JE and GY postcodes)

Of course, we’re happy to help with this. We’re really flexible, but do be aware that some changes (such as quantities, specification, cutting requirements or additional drawings) will likely be subject to additional charges, so get in touch as soon as you can and we can advise on the best way forward.

Yes we do. Our specialist cutting team can cut GRP, Aluminium and Composite Timber for you. Each cut programme is competitively priced depending on how complex and varied the cuts are, but we’re 100% confident that using our team and machinery will deliver major efficiencies to your project, saving you time on site. If you’re planning to order regularly from us, you can apply for a credit account via our website or your Dura Composites account manager. If your order is for 10 items or less, you may prefer the convenience of ordering via our Webshop.

Certainly! We offer the convenience of over-the-phone payments. Just call us anytime during our opening hours on 01255 426601 (select option 5) and we’ll be happy to help. If you want to order outside of these hours and you only need a small volume, you could check out our Webshop.

Absolutely. To obtain a copy of your invoice, please reach out to our Accounts Team at accounts@duracomposites.com, or if you prefer, to your Dura Composites account manager.

We love seeing images of our products once they’re in use. If your images are good quality and are high-resolution, we’ll send you an e-card for John Lewis worth up to £50. If your images are taken on a phone, you’ll need to make sure you take them using one of the latest models and then when you export them to upload them to the form, that you export them as “Actual Size” directly from your phone. To upload your images and to view the Ts and Cs click here.

Please do! We really hope we’ve exceeded your expectations with our products and service, but even if not, we still value your input so we know how to get it exactly right for you next time. We regularly send out feedback survey invitations, but if you prefer to just speak to us direct, pick up the phone or drop us a line and we’ll call you right back.
