Featuring anti-slip serrated rungs and easy-grip stringers, they ensure safety for marine personnel. If you wish to return or exchange your goods, please complete the form dispatched with your order and return within 14 days to the address below. Items must be unused and in perfect, resale condition and in their original packaging, and the Returns Form must be included. Once the goods have been received and inspected to check they meet the requirements outlined above you will receive a refund (credited back to the method you paid with) or a new shipping notification for your requested exchange within 7 working days of receipt.

The replacement item(s) will be shipped to you free of charge (once per customer). Please note we cannot exchange items of differing value. If you choose to return any items that were purchased as part of a promotion, and by returning part of your order your remaining total means you are no longer eligible for the original discount, the value of that discount will be deducted from any refunds due.

Please note the customer is responsible for the postage to return the item to us. We recommend using a Signed For recorded postal service as Dura Composites Ltd are not liable for any items that go missing en-route back to us. Thank you for your cooperation.
