At the centre of this shift is Dura Loop, a world-first circular infrastructure system that redefines how GRP composites are used, recovered and repurposed. Rather than treating composite materials as waste at the end of their life, Dura Loop enables them to be brought back into the manufacturing cycle, creating a closed-loop system that significantly reduces embodied carbon while maintaining the performance standards critical to infrastructure environments.

One of the most significant challenges facing the renewable energy sector is the growing volume of decommissioned wind turbine blades. Dura’s innovation provides a viable pathway to repurpose this material into new GRP infrastructure products, transforming a looming environmental issue into a practical, scalable solution.
