Our modular car park floor solution uses rapid-install interlocking GRP Dura Slab panels. Ideal for failing single storey car park decks, raised car park extensions, multi-storey refurbishments and new build car parks, our durable heavy-duty modular flooring system improves the overall efficiency of the project and reduces the maintenance burden whilst reducing carbon, thanks to its unique design.

Using our ‘industry-first’ pultruded 1 metre GRP Dura Slab panel sections with their high specification vehicular surface treatment, the modular system is quick and easy to deploy without the need for specialist equipment. Each pultruded panel is easy to manoeuvre into place and has clever hidden fixings and a specially designed surface that’s suited to sustained vehicular movements and pedestrian foot traffic. The result is a uniform looking car park flooring surface that is functional, weather resistant and easy to navigate.
To ensure the lifespan of the Dura Composites GRP car park deck solution, we conduct Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to verify that the solution is able to perform repetitively at the required load and spans over the desired lifespan. FEA is a computerised technique that predicts how products will react to forces in the real world to ensure the safety and efficiency of each unit produced. The FEA process is then verified by vigorous live testing of the panel and support system if required.
