d² Dura Grating Micro Mesh 23mm has been a revelation in the market thanks to its unique properties and clever design. Redesigned for 2022 and already successfully installed on several high profile projects, our Micro Mesh is part of the patented Dura Composites d² range, which is much lighter, stronger and more durable than other materials on the market, including older generation composite GRP grating. These lighter products have accelerated the delivery of site work and installations, saving valuable time.

The Smallest Hole Sizes in the Range

Micro Mesh grating has the smallest apertures of all grating in the Dura Composites range. The 10.5mm x 10.5mm holes prevent virtually all objects from falling through and is suitable for a wide range of footwear and sporting equipment as well as ensuring the continued smooth movement of wheeled vehicles and trollies. It’s also perfect for paws… the smaller holes are great for long boardwalks and pontoons, facilitating long walks with your furry friends in all weather conditions.

Fine Gritted Surface Prevents Wear and Tear

d² 23mm Micro Mesh Dura Grating features an anti-slip surface with a new finer grit which is ideal for leisure areas and water sports facilities. The finer grit is still incredibly safe in both wet and dry conditions, but is even more suited to areas where recreational users are entering and exiting the water in wetsuits, as the finer grit won’t add additional wear and tear to the fabric when the user brushes against it. Micro Mesh is also the perfect surface for refuelling pontoons too, as the new finer grit doesn’t abrade equipment such as hoses or armoured cables.
