    Mondu offers Buy Now, Pay Later payment methods. This allows businesses to purchase goods and pay at a later date. Mondu offers options such as:

    A service charge applies based on the term:

    • 3 Instalments: 4.39%
    • 6 Instalments: 6.09%
    • 12 Instalments: 9.54%

    There is no cost for 30-day credit. Simply pay the invoice within the specified 30, 60 or 90 days.

    Yes (Subject to a business credit check):

    • Minimum: £100
    • Maximum: £15,000 for eCommerce orders; there is no limit for orders over the phone

    As long as you are a Business customer with a company number, Mondu is a viable payment option. You’ll need to be set up as a limited company and have some trading history.

    It’s so simple! The only pieces of information required for Mondu to check you are eligible for the payment options is the following (If you require the pay in instalments option, you are required to provide the below plus a VAT Number.

    • Company Number
    • Company Name and Registered Address
    • Company Email

    Invoice payment: Mondu emails you with payment details once the merchant sends the invoice.
    Direct Debit: You’ll be notified 7 days before the collection date.

    We will keep you informed about your payment status. To avoid reminder fees, please transfer the outstanding payment as soon as possible.

    Some things you will need to consider if you would like to return an order –

    If you want to return a product before you’ve made a payment, your invoice will be adjusted accordingly, and you will receive an overview of the new payment amount.

    There can be several reasons why the Mondu payment method was declined, for example: You may have outstanding invoices with Mondu that have exceeded the payment deadline. Mondu were unable to identify your company. The mandatory credit check was unsuccessful.

    You will receive a reminder from Mondu if you have not paid an invoice by the agreed payment deadline. You can find the payment term on the invoice and the payment information email you received from us after placing the order.

    If you have a valid reason to pause the dunning process – for example, because the merchant’s delivery is delayed – you can contact the Mondu customer service team to request a dunning pause: payment@mondu.ai.

    Please check that you have included the correct bank details in the transfer order you received in the payment information email from Mondu. Also, check the purpose of the transfer. The purpose must match the one we sent you in the payment information email. This is the only way we can match your payment to the correct order. If all the information is correct and the reminder is invalid, please contact Mondu at payment@mondu.ai and attach a payment receipt.
