To support our commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes, we have a qualified Contractor’s Engineering Manager (CEM) on staff who can provide expert assistance for any project that is on or alongside the railway.

Our CEM plays a vital role in ensuring that projects are designed to mitigate risk at the earliest stages, promoting value engineering to deliver cost-effective, buildable solutions. This includes the timely delivery of critical documents such as Forms 001/002/003 and ensuring compliance with standards such NR/L2/INI/02009. They also provide leadership for Project Managers (PMs), Contractor’s Responsible Engineers (CREs), and subcontractors, ensuring cohesive team performance. Our expertise also includes a chartered Quality Engineer ISO 9001 and Chartered Member of IOSH.
