Stability secured with a non-rotting, non-corrosive, GRP Mini Mesh Grating replacement for degraded timber jetties. Managed by Lakeland Leisure, this marina now mirrors the Dura Grating used at Barton, Saul Junction and Tattenhall Marinas which all have a beautiful teak colour d² Dura Grating installed.
Degrading to the timber deck at this Marina had occurred, and they were in need of a much longer lasting replacement solution.
Particularly appealing for Great Haywood was the non-conductive element of our grating, as each of their moorings comes with a 16-amp electricity supply, so their moorers can feel even safer knowing their jetty covering can not pass electricity through it.
Improving safety has always been at the forefront of everything that Lakeland Leisure do, which is why in choosing our grating again, they once again got a product that was anti-slip, non-corrosive and fire-rated, to ensure the safety and longevity of their marina.
Working once again with our partners, Shoredeck, we were able to offer the full turn key solution of design, supply and install, saving valuable time and money for this project.
