Paid Search (PPC) Executive

The Dura Composites marketing team are responsible for generating high quality leads for the business through a variety of online and offline methods. This role focuses on online lead generation through our paid search channels.
We welcome experienced candidates returning to the workforce after a career break, and those looking for part-time or flexible hours.
You can be based anywhere in the UK and choose to work remotely, hybrid or office based (Clacton-on-Sea, Essex). If you’re working remotely, we’ll meet monthly in person at our offices to aid collaboration, problem solving and understanding the business needs.
Key Duties
- Execute day-to-day management of paid search ad campaigns (Google & Microsoft), including setup, optimisation, monitoring and to return a positive ROI.
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager in internal communication, campaign planning and strategic recommendations/optimisations.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports and insights.
- Present a multi-channel analytics report (SEM, SEO, Social, Email, Web Analytics) and recommend optimisation action plans to sales and marketing teams.
- Conduct regular conversion rate optimisation audits and execute A/B tests, user testing/feedback to improve conversion rates across the brands’ digital channels and assets.
- Supporting the identification, tracking and interpretation of critical key market data, commerce statistics, consumer trends, and competitive intel.
- Assist in budget management and optimisations across multiple platforms to continually increase campaign efficiencies.
- Support our Paid Social Ad Programme (LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram).
- Support our SEO strategy to ensure top organic search ranking positions.
- Support our email marketing automation strategy.
Knowledge, Skills & Competencies
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to manipulate data to identify and recommend optimisation and growth opportunities.
- Hands-on experience in GA4 with a strong ability to derive actionable insights.
- Ability to demonstrate how PPC fits into the wider area of digital marketing.
- Understanding of bidding strategies, including manual and automated bidding, and the ability to optimize bids to achieve performance goals.
- Ability to create and optimise effective ad copy, including headlines, descriptions, and calls-to-action.
- Knowledge of ad targeting, including geographic, demographic, and contextual targeting, and the ability to optimise campaigns for maximum performance.
- Understanding of conversion tracking, including the ability to set up and analyse conversion tracking data.
- A good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data manipulation as well as proficiency in using PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint and Word.
- Excellent copywriting across various formats and tones.
- Experience working with and managing the relationship of 3rd party suppliers.

Basic Salary
£30,000 – £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)
NPGSBS
Potential to earn 10% of Basic salary, following one year’s service as part of the companywide Net Profit Gain Share Bonus System (NPGSBS)
Total Package
£33,000 – £38,500 per annum (depending on experience)
Holidays
20 days per year plus 8 bank holidays
(Option to purchase 5 additional days per year)
