Vacancy
Decking & Cladding New Business Development Manager
Engaging extensively with clients for a minimum of two-thirds of the workweek, the role entails spearheading the sales efforts for premium non-combustible decking and associated solutions, covering a national scope with a specific focus on London and the Southeast. Leveraging your expertise in supplying goods to high-rise structures, the objective is to promptly secure new specifications and drive sales of premium non-combustible decking for balconies and terraces.

Whilst engaging with these types of clients, the role will include the opportunity to engage with the same clients for a secondary range of specialist riser flooring solution market-leading products.
As a key member of the team, the overarching strategy aims to double sales within a three-year timeframe. This will be accomplished through a combination of generating new business and nurturing relationships with existing clients and adding a stream of new clients who are mandated to meet non-combustible fire specifications. The innovative and patented product ranges across balcony decks and riser flooring are designed to comply with the regulatory changes post-Grenfell and serve as a fantastic basis for the anticipated growth.
