If you’re happy to cut and fabricate on-site yourself, we offer same day despatch on in-stock standard items if ordered before 11am from our operations centre in East Anglia. Some limitations on maximum order quantities for same day despatch may apply – e.g. 200 No. GRP Dura Grating panels.

Standard lead time on orders which do not qualify for same day despatch is 3 – 5 working days (Mainland UK only; dependent on stock availability). Large orders may be subject to palletized deliveries which are to the property kerbside only. Your order will need to be unloaded by hand (hand-balled) off the lorry side. A person must be present to help unload the goods and sign for receipt. Delivery drivers are not insured to help unload the goods beyond the property kerbside.

For products offering free delivery: This is applicable to most of mainland UK. Unfortunately, Dura Composites is unable to offer free delivery to certain areas – including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands & Offshore Islands, Isle Of Wight, Isle of Man, the Channel Islands and the Isles of Scilly.

Items must be unused and in perfect, resale condition and in their original packaging, wrapping or shrouding, and a Returns Form must be included. Details of how to package and present your item can be found in the form.

If you have not yet been issued with your Unique Returns Number (URN) or require a Returns Form, please e-mail customercare@duracomposites.com or call us on +44 (0)1255 423601 to discuss your request.

Items will be subject to our inspection on arrival and must include the correct information on the Returns Form. The Purchaser holds the financial responsibility of returning the product, and the responsibility of retaining receipt and proof of postage for their return. The Purchaser also holds the risk of returning, including the risk of accidental loss. Only in the case of defective goods (and on receipt of proof of defect) will The Seller cover the cost of return and replacement product.
