Fibre-Reinforced Polymer Composites (FRPs) are supplied by Dura Composites and are being used effectively in a huge range of trackside rail application such as lineside walkways, trackside fencing, embankment staircases, railway bridges and parapet systems. Dura Composites has also developed patented composite Ballast Retention systems – which sit at the side of railway tracks and protect vital trackside components from damage and offer high strength and low maintenance benefits, saving track operators time and money.

Structural Beam Sections
Our GRP structural beam sections are known as Dura Profile and offer a superb strength to weight ratio, thermal and electric non-conductivity and excellent corrosion resistance. We stock a wide range of standard GRP structural profile sections in RAL colour 7043 including Box sections, Channels, I-Beams, Angles and Tubes. We also offer an extensive custom range for specific projects and applications across the rail industry.
