    Our specialist cutting and routing team are highly-skilled in precision cutting of our GRP, Aluminium and Composite Timber materials to meet even the most complex of project needs. We offer a full range of services to ensure that the cut product meets your exact requirements, and our high-specification machinery can cater for a vast range of scenarios such as non-square or diagonal cuts and acute angles.

    Once your project design has been fully realised by our Design Studio and you’ve approved your order requirements, our professional staff will cut it into life, using precision tooling to perform straight lines, complex cuts and routing. Cuts are accurate to a minimum 3mm tolerance, ensuring you get the accuracy you need for your project requirements.

    Standard Cutting Service

    The experienced team at our Operations Centre in the East of England will pick your order quickly from our vast UK stockholding. Cutting, wrapping and packing is carried out with maximum efficiency, so your order can be on the way to you in no time at all. As well as GRP, we also offer cutting services for our aluminium products. If you want to take advantage of some of our other services beyond cutting, we also fabricate, and assemble structures using the latest machinery in the industry.

    Specialist Cutting Service

    For orders that need more specialist approach such as peculiar angles or diagonal cuts, we offer a bespoke panel cutting service. This service is dependent on the difficulty of the cut, and will take longer than standard square or rectangle cuts, but we’ll optimise the number of cuts per panel to ensure the best yield and to make sure that all panels are used in the most sustainable and efficient way.

    Specialist cutting services are a crucial part to any type of GRP flooring projects and are the most cost-effective way of creating bespoke designs, mitred, tapered and intricate shapes from our standard materials (which range from 4mm to 100mm thickness products).     Routing Service

    We can also router holes suitable for hand holes, access hatches, or for other requirements such as lockable segments or mechanical lifting arms. This type of specialist cutting is an effective method for creating intricate holes for anchoring bolts and load bearing supports. Our diamond blade cutting and drilling services carry out fast and accurate cuts.

    Another of the specialist services we offer includes the fitting of lifting eyes to facilitate movement of products such as pultruded Dura Slab trench covers, either when being installed, or if they are moved to a different location and access is needed for inspection and maintenance of services below.
