Dura Cladding is ideally suited to low-rise residential development projects
If you’re a residential developer looking for an FSC® certified external cladding, facade or siding option that provides all the aesthetic benefits of wood without any of the maintenance drawbacks, then why not consider Dura Cladding?
Dura Cladding is made from a unique combination of recycled wood and plastic (WPC) which is which is also sometimes known as composite timber. Dura Cladding is suitable for commercial, domestic, new build or refurbishment cladding projects under 18m high, as a colour-stable alternative to real timber planks.
When used as a siding material, Dura Cladding is immensely versatile as it combines the traditional appearance of timber with the durability and resilience of an engineered composite. For low-rise commercial residential projects, Dura Cladding is easy to install, durable and cost effective, so you can ensure your new build projects are delivered on time and on budget.
