Dura Composites Cements Distributor Partnership with 4KBM Qatar at Successful ‘Project Qatar’ Exhibition
Leading Global Composite Timber manufacturer Dura Composites has further cemented its successful distributor partnership with 4K Building Materials Qatar at the country’s leading construction exhibition, Project Qatar.
Project Qatar 2016 took place between 9th and 12th May at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center (DECC) and saw in excess of 35,000 visitors from 37 countries. The show was officially inaugurated by His Excellency Sheikh Ahmed Bin Jassim Al Thani, Minister of Economy and Commerce, and has the aim of bringing together a large number of local, regional and international decision makers and industry professionals from across the construction industry.
Key exhibitor 4K Building Materials Qatar was established in in 2007 with a focus on large scale projects and the retail sector and now has a strong presence across the Middle East region, with operations in Qatar, UAE, Oman, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, and Bahrain.
The addition of the Dura Composites Wood Plastic Composites range to 4K’s portfolio allows the company to offer consultants and fit-out companies a high quality solution for both internal and external decking that is well-suited to the environmental conditions of the Middle East and has excellent UV stability and virtually no maintenance requirements.
For Dura Composites, being present at Project Qatar in partnership with 4k has further bolstered the company’s strong presence in the region. Qatar has one of the world’s best economic and investment climates and was recently ranked first in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region and 14th in the world in the Global Competitiveness Report issued la by the World Economic Forum.
